Copyright Policy
It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. This page describes the information that should be present in these notices.
If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of an owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed, please report alleged copyright infringements by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement.
Filing a DMCA Notice
To file a copyright infringement notification, you will need to send a written communication that includes:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by this notice, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us.
A counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement consenting to jurisdiction of Federal District Court
Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers when appropriate. We also reserve the right to decide whether content violates our terms of service for reasons other than copyright infringement, such as, but not limited to, pornography, obscenity, or excessive length.
